Freedom for imprisoned anarchist Martin Ignačák! Why he holds hunger strike lasting already for a week
Last Thursday 06/09 2016 Martin Ignačák started hunger strike to protest against his not releasing from custody, which was decided by the the Municipal Court in Prague, but under the pressure of repressive forces, ultimately, the High Court annulled his release from prison. He calls for re independent examination of his release from custody, in which Martin waits along with others in a fabricated lawsuit, whose launch is purposely protracted! Martin through hunger strike also protesting against bullying and intimidation by the police against his family and friends who support him and point to the unfair practices of police officers. This includes also threats and harassment of family members in their job! Spying and wiretapping are obvious practice. Martin also demands to his human rights that are denied to him in the form of serving meals according with his conviction, as the vegan. Submission of a vegan diet has been canceled by administration of the remand prison intentionally after placing him into the Pankrác! Martin demands that the police finally gave to his lawyer the evidence based on which he is more than 13 months held in custody, but the police apparently doesn't want to do it. Here they would have lacked evidence of his guilt, as in the case of Russian student and anarchist Igor Ševcov, who was acquitted by the court after the state prosecutor withdraw accused of attack on the house of the Minister of Defence, as unexpectedly lacked evidence? Igor was imprisoned by the state for several months (as is still Martin, and as was Peter who has been already released from custody) only on the basis of police will! With the contribution of selected judges who have given their consent and the media that willingly parroted the police version. You don't need to share the the same views as persecuted anarchists, but please don't be indifferent to the fact that even today people are being persecuted only on the basis of their opinions! Injustice to one of us is an injustice to all of us! Freedom for all prisoners of conscience!
